…January 8th for a transformative day focused on Recharging and Renewal at Rocas Retreat. This one-day retreat is an immersion into the restoration and reconnection with your true Self through the practice of yoga, breath work, meditation and Reiki. Set in nature, these activities are meant to support community building, inspired conversation, and personal growth.
In between sessions of Yoga, Reiki and meditation, we invite you to enjoy all that Rocas Retreat has to offer. Take a dip in our pool. Let your troubles melt away in the hot tub. Connect with others or enjoy some alone time in nature. Whatever you choose, we are certain you will return home with a full and happy heart!
Event schedule
This one day event begins at 9am on Saturday, June 11th and concludes at 7:30pm.
Check-in: Saturday, June 11th at 8:30am
Departure: Saturday, June 11th at 7:30pm and for those with overnight stays, checkout is at 11am on the last day of your stay.

Pricing
Quoted rates are for one single night stay in the reserved space on our property and does NOT include access to the event.
Early check-in and additional nights besides Saturday the 8th can be booked. If you are wanting either of these options, please send an email to reservations@rocasretreat.com and we will assist you.

Lodging Cancellation policy: You may cancel up to 14 days before the retreat for a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations between 3-14 days before the retreat shall be charged one night’s stay. Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged the full booking amount.
