Welcome to Rocas Retreat! Southern California’s Premiere Retreat Destination
We welcome everyone to Rocas Retreat with open arms. This even includes 4-legged guests that accompany you during your stay! Since it is possible that any pet can have an accident or cause some damage when they are in a new space, we have to collect a refundable deposit for all pets that visit our property, including service animals.
The Pet Deposit is $150 per pet, per visit.
Upon you and your pet’s departure from Rocas Retreat, we will inspect the space and notify you of any damage via email of any damage we find and how much of the deposit will be kept. If there is no damage, $125 will be returned to the card used for the deposit within 5-7 business days. From that point, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to be released. This is dependent on your bank and the card issuer.

PET GUIDELINES
*$25 will be kept from every deposit. This is a “cleaning fee” that is collected to cover the added cost of cleaning after any pet stays in any of our spaces. This is to ensure the next guest has a comfortable stay.
*All pets must be kept on a leash any time they leave their carrier or the space you are staying in.
*Due to insurance requirements, we do not allow any dog breeds that are known to be aggressive or may pose a bite hazard to other guests or our staff.
*You must clean up after your pet when they go to the bathroom outside. Please ask a member of Rocas Retreat’s staff for the location to dispose your pet’s waste.
*Pets may only go to the bathroom in designated spaces. You must keep your pet from going to the bathroom in any spaces that are used by guests or any spot where it may harm the landscaping.
*It is your responsibility to keep track of your Pet. Since we are in nature, there are coyotes, mountain lions, snakes and other wildlife that can harm your pet on or near the property.
