Debra always felt a call to mothers of special needs children to be their support, whether it was from early diagnosis to offering daily advice. As a mother to a neurodivergent young adult, her sincerest desire is to encourage mothers to apply their own oxygen mask before assisting their children.

“Self-care, nourishing our body, mind, and spirit, I feel is the key to your overall well-being. If we as mothers don’t find the moments to give healthily back to ourselves, then life will present itself and show up as sickness, depression, anxiety, divorce, etc. Take a break before you break!
